PLANT LIST'S

Well all gardens must have plants (under statement) and what or how one should list these plants I will leave up to the individual, but if you are going to carry out an exercise like your own web page or anything like that do try to list your plants as you buy, collect, beg or borrow!! Because trying to list them after is a nightmare and give's you lots of work. Just look at me, i'm still trying to catch up.
Now the list, well I have to tried to make the list as 100% as is possible but some plants do remain a mystery, but as an when I do manage to find names I will update the site promise. I have put the plants into groups, don't shout if you think some are wrong, as the artist, I have the licence OK..
I have not listed the trees below, although there are two of each species these are Kilmarnock willow x 2 and a couple of old apple tree's used for growing clematis up

All the plants have been chosen to give colour to the border from spring until autumn (the fall for those across the pond), but you can add with the bedding if you so wish, see below.

ROCK PLANTS

Dianthus Sedum   Saxifrage   Aster alpinus

The list for rock plants is only general and will be added to later when I have identified all the plants (should have made the list at the start!!!

SUMMER BEDDING

Impatiens Petunia   Nicotiana New guinea impatiens Violas, Pansies
Marigold (African dwarf)   Nemesia   Nasturtium   Begonia
Stock   Pelargonium zonale

The list for summer bedding is again a general list and is made up of various species and is used to add a splash of colour to the border when needed, especially as perennials die back as the year moves on. This also allows for a change as and when you the gardener wish especially if the bedding is placed into pots!! To allow ease of movement.
